Floral, spicy, and crisp, Pilzner is a Czech-style pilsner that delivers a full body and a rich malt expression. It leads with a bright, herbal hop aroma and a distinct spicy note, followed by a rounded, golden malt sweetness. The finish is clean and snappy, balancing a traditional, firm bitterness with a smooth, refreshing drinkability that honors the classic Bohemian pale lager style.

We built this release using a premium blend of German and Bohemian malts to establish a complex grain foundation, then layered in authentic Czech Saaz hops. Fermented with our house lager yeast and conditioned until perfectly clear, this is a traditional, clean lager built with an old school approach.
