沖縄のすっきりとしたラガービールにインスピレーションを得て造られた、フラッグシップのジャパニーズライスラガー。パフ化したジャスミンライスとローストしたライスフレークを使用し、華やかな香りとジャパニーズラガー特有の味わいに仕上げた。発酵にはチェコ由来のウルケル酵母し、非常にクリーンでキレのある味わいを実現。

Our flagship Japanese Lager is inspired by the crisp lagers of Okinawa. Crafted using puffed jasmine rice and toasted rice flakes, this beer has a unique floral nose and familiar Japanese lager taste. It’s fermented using Urkel from Imperial Yeast. This Czech Yeast lends to a very clean and crisp rice lager. This beer is extremely approachable for any beer drinker and pairs up nicely with any type of food. 5% ABV
