ザ・テスト・ブルワリーとのコラボビールで、古代小麦のアインコーン（ヒトツブコムギ）を使用したヘイジートリプルIPA。ピルスナーモルト、オーツ麦、アインコーン小麦をふんだんに使用した、複雑で柔らかなベースに、エガーズ・ネルソン、シトラ、クロスビーホップス・ディープカットカスケード、エガーズ・モトゥエカ、フリースタイル・モトゥエカ・ホップキーフを投入。切りたてのマンゴーや砂糖漬けのパイナップル、マンダリンオレンジのジューシーさ。

Where do our ideas come from? For the amount of time we spend in our heads, we rarely spend time exploring how any of it works. And when we do finally sit down, breathe, and attempt to focus inward, we see how truly chaotic a mind at rest can be. Ideas and thoughts bubble up seemingly from nowhere, only to drift away as quickly as they came.
At some point in the recent past, an idea emerged and got stuck in our minds; to brew with Einkorn wheat– an ancient grain with an agricultural origin that dates back more that 12,000 years. A grain with a complexity that requires more careful consideration; The type of consideration and attention to detail that we knew our friends at @thetestbrewery would appreciate, so we asked them to join us for the endeavor.

A massive bed of pilsner, oats, and einkorn wheat create a strikingly complex and exceptionally soft pillow on which we layered wave after wave of oily hop compounds from @eggershops Nelson, Citra, @crosbyhops Deep Cut Cascade, Egger’s Motueka, and @freestylehops Motueka Hop Kief. We are getting overwhelming notes of fresh cut mango, sugared pineapple, and juicy mandarin slices.
