コニャック樽で24ヶ月間発酵させることで独特の風味をつけた、混合発酵のブレンドビール。樽は、コニャックの産地であるフランスのシャラント地方で製造されたものを使用。ブランデーのフルーティな香りを中心に、香ばしい革のニュアンスとミネラルが感じられ、後味にはドライなタンニンとほのかなフェンネルの香り。バランスの取れた中程度の酸味。

Bière des Charentes is a mixed fermentation blend featuring unique characteristics imparted by a 24 month fermentation in Cognac barrels. These barrels originated in the Charente region of France where Cognac is made. The result is a blend focused on the bright fruit notes of brandy, with savoury leather and saline character. It finishes with drying tannins and subtle fennel notes, highlighted by a balanced medium acidity.
